一、病例介绍1.病史摘要(1)一般情况:患者,老年女性,88岁。因"腰痛20余年,加重伴行走困难6个月"入院。患者腰部疼痛明显,活动受限,伴行走障碍,保守治疗效果不佳,拟行腰椎后路固定融合术(L3-S1)。(2)既往史:高血压病史30余年,平日规律服用氯沙坦钾片、苯磺酸氨氯地平片,血压控制佳;二尖瓣病史不详,2009年曾行二尖瓣置换术,平日口服华法林抗凝,术前5 d停药,应用低分子肝素进行桥接治疗至术前24 h,同时还服用地高辛和比索洛尔;房颤病史不详;有糖尿病病史,规律服用降糖药,血糖控制满意。
