摘要
目的研究柴胡栀子汤对甲状腺功能亢进症(以下简称甲亢)患者临床症状及甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法选取医院2017年10月-2019年3月收治的60例甲亢患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用甲疏咪唑片治疗,对照组在观察组基础上加用柴胡栀子汤治疗。治疗1疗程后,对比两组治疗前后的中医症状积分、心率、甲状腺大小、甲状腺激素水平、抗氧化水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后中医症状积分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后甲状腺大小及心率均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后促甲状腺激素水平高于对照组,总三碘甲腺原氨酸、总甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸和游离甲状腺素水平低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后髓过氧化物酶、总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶水平高于对照组,丙二醛水平低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较(P <0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上增加柴胡栀子汤具有较好效果,其安全性高,可有效改善临床症状和甲状腺激素水平,提高机体抗氧化能力,促进康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of Chaihu Zhizi decoction on the clinical symptoms and thyroid hormone levels in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods Sixty patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to March 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random digital table method.The control group was treated with medetomidine,and the control group was treated with Chaihu Zhizi Decoction on the basis of observation group.After 1 course of treatment,the symptoms of TCM,heart rate,thyroid size,thyroid hormone level and anti-oxidation level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.And the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared.Results The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the thyroid gland size and heart rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of thyrotropin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment.The total triodothyronine and total thyroxine total thyrox in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The levels of free triiodothyronine and free thyroxine in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)while myeloperoxidase,total antioxidant capacity and SOD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of SOD was higher than that of the control group,and the level of malondialdehyde was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was not statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adding Chaihu Zhizi decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment has good effect and its safety is high.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and thyroid hormone level of patient
