摘要
通过分析钢包和中间包使用情况,选取合适的传热模型,对简化后的钢包及中间包包壁的温度分布变化、钢水温度变化做了详细计算,结合现场测量数据,分析钢包及中间包的热行为规律,为更加准确地控制钢水温度提出了改进措施。
Through the analysis of the ladle and tundish usage,the appropriate heat transfer model has been selected,a detailed calculation of the temperature distribution change and molten steel temperature change of the simplified ladle and tundish wall has been made,and combined with the field measured data,thermal behavior law of ladle and tundish have been analyzed to put forward the improvement measures for more accurate control of molten steel temperature.
