摘要 斜置斜切双喷管发动机后封头内流动与传热复杂,其热防护效果直接关系发动机能否长时间正常工作,文中采用数值模拟方法对斜切双喷管发动机后封头进行三维流场与传热仿真,并开展了试验研究。结果表明,三维非稳态流固耦合传热仿真模型能模拟出斜切双喷管后封头结构的传热过程,误差在4%以内;在绝热结构配合面设计迂回型沟槽有效,能够实现发动机长时间正常工作,但需严格控制各组件间的配合间隙。 The flow and heat transfer in the aft dome with two inclined and scarfed nozzles are complex,the heat insulation effect is directly related to normal operation of the engine.Here,three-dimensional flow field and heat transfer simulation of the aft dome with two inclined and scarfed nozzles is carried out by numerical simulation,and experimental research is carried out.The results show that three-dimensional unsteady flow flield model can simulate the heat tranfer process of the aft dome with an error of less than 4%.The design of circuitous grooves at the mating surface of the adiabatic structure is effective,but the mating gap between the components should be strictly controlled.
