摘要
新媒体时代,新闻的传播方式和途径发生了深刻的变化,传统主流媒体记者需要与时俱进,实现角色转型,才能更好地适应当下受众对新闻信息的需求。电视新闻作为传统主流之一,在新闻舆论中发挥着不可替代的作用。电视新闻记者在新的传播环境下也需要调整自身的报道风格,提升新闻工作的丰富性以及多元化表达,让电视新闻媒体借助记者转型在新时期提供有效助力。本文探讨在这一时代要求下,电视新闻记者转型存在的困难,以此提出相应的策略。
In the new media era,the ways and means of news dissemination have undergone profound changes.Traditional mainstream media reporters need to keep pace with the times and realize role transformation in order to better adapt to the current audience's demand for news information.As one of the traditional mainstream,TV news plays an irreplaceable role in news public opinion.In the new communication environment,TV news reporters also need to adjust their own reporting style,enhance the richness and diversified expression of news work,and let TV news media provide effective assistance in the new period with the help of reporter transformation.This paper discusses the difficulties in the transformation of TV journalists under the requirements of this era,and puts forward corresponding strategies.
