摘要
目的探讨基于计划行为理论的护理干预配合乳房穴位按摩在初产妇母乳喂养中的应用价值。方法选取2016年10月至2019年10月在我院产检并分娩的80例初产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于计划行为理论的护理干预配合乳房穴位按摩。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组母乳喂养态度、母乳喂养主观规范、母乳喂养自信心评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后乳房胀痛情况优于对照组(P<0.05);产后3 d、42 d、6个月,观察组的纯母乳喂养率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于计划行为理论的护理干预配合乳房穴位按摩可改善初产妇母乳喂养行为,减轻产后乳房胀痛程度,提高母乳喂养率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing intervention based on planned behavior theory combined with breast acupressure in breast feeding of primipara.Methods A total of 80 primiparas who who examined and delivered in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented nursing intervention based on planned behavior theory and breast acupressure on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of attitude,subjective norms and confidence of breast feeding in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Postpartum breast tenderness in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 d,42 d and 6 months after delivery,the rate of exclusive breast feeding in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on planned behavior theory combined with breast acupressure can improve the breast feeding behavior of primipara,reduce the degree of postpartum breast tenderness,and improve the breast feeding rate,which is worthy of promotion.
