基于三方演化博弈的建筑固废现场分类管理研究 被引量:1

摘要 为推进建筑固废的现场分类管理,以政府、拆迁企业与建筑固废消纳企业的利益关系与行为策略为基础,构建三方演化博弈模型。通过对博弈模型演化路径的仿真模拟,分析不同激励强度下,三方的行为策略变化。研究表明,政府对两企业的激励强度有着一定的范围限制;政府对两企业的最佳激励强度范围与两企业之间的利益关系密切相关;相对于经济补贴,两企业对经济处罚更为敏感,但随着激励强度的增加,两企业对经济处罚的敏感程度也下降的更为迅速。 To promote classification management on site of C&D solid waste,constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model based on the interest relationship and behavior strategy of government,demolition enterprises and construction solid waste consumption enterprises.Through the simulation of the evolution path of the game model,analyzes the behavior strategy changes of the three parties under different incentive strength.The analysis shows that the government’s incentive to the two enterprises is limited in scope.The government’s best incentive to the two enterprises is closely related to the profits of the two enterprises.Compared with the economic subsidies,the two enterprises are more sensitive to economic punishment,however,the sensitivity of the two enterprises to economic punishment decreases more rapidly with the increase of incentive intensity.
