摘要
目的制定瑶药观音茶的质量标准,为瑶药观音茶的质量控制及合理开发利用提供科学的评价标准和依据。方法参照药典各项下的方法对10个不同产地的观音茶样品进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别、水分测定、灰分和浸出物测定。结果各项鉴别方法专属性强,10个不同产地观音茶色谱与对照药材色谱在相同位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;水分含量在15.0%以下,总灰分在13.0%以下,酸不溶性灰分在3.5%以下,水热浸法浸出物在12.5%以上。结论建立的项目较全面考察了观音茶的各项质量指标,能有效评价观音茶的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standards for Yao medicine Hedyotis Caudatifolia Herba.METHODS The macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of 10 Hedyotis Caudatifolia Herba samples from different habitats were observed.The reference medicinal materials were used for the identification by thin layer chromatography.The samples were examined by moisture measuring,ash determination and extract mensuration method.RESULTS Identification methods were highly specific,10 samples from different habitats presented the spots of the same colors with the control chromatogram at the corresponding position.The water content was below 15.0%,the average content of ash was less than 13.0%and acid insoluble ash was under 3.5%.Ethanol soluble extraction was above 12.5%.CONCLUSION The established project can effectively evaluate the quality of Hedyotis Caudatifolia Herba.
