摘要
用不同比例的木霉、白腐真菌、酵母、乳酸菌处理玉米秸秆,测定秸秆营养成分,结果表明:与对照组相比,不同组合菌处理玉米秸秆后,干物质降解率F组和H组分别提高16.12%、18.96%(P<0.05);H组粗蛋白含量提高12.69%;G组和H组粗纤维含量降低17.72%和17.36%(P<0.05);中性洗涤纤维含量G组和H组降低7.23%和8.69%(P<0.05)。
Corn stover was treated with Trichoderma,White-rot Fungus,Yeast and Lactobacillus in different proportion,and the nutritional components of the stover were determined.The results showed that compared with the control group,the dry matter degradability of group F and group H increased by 16.12%and 18.96%(P<0.05),the crude protein content of group H increased by 12.69%,the crude fiber content of group G and group H decreased by 17.72%and 17.36%(P<0.05),the neutral detergent fiber content of group G and group H decreased by 7.23%and 8.69%(P<0.05).
