摘要
阐述了企业核心能力的定义、特点 ,在此基础上提出了核心技术能力、核心员工能力、核心市场能力、核心组织能力、信息资源能力等 5个方面建立的企业核心能力的评价指标体系 ,设计了企业核心能力的综合评价模型 ,使企业能定量分析核心能力 ,为其认识自身的差距 。
The definition, and characteristics of corporation core competence are expounded and a core competence assessment index system is established. These indexes contain core competence in personnel, organization, marketing, technology and information resources. A core competence assessment model is designed, which helps corporations to find their disadvantages, and therefore strengthen their core competence.
