基于OBE理念探索高师美术专业课程实施路径——由“教师职业技能训练”课程谈起

摘要 当前,OBE理念为教育领域的重点理念,在高师美术教学范畴中意义重大,强调以学生为中心,重视反向设计思维,并具备持续改进的属性。“教师职业技能训练”课程是高师美术领域的重要课程,“检测性”与“承启性”为其特质,将该课程作为切入点,以中小学美术课程新课标为对照标准,充分考虑产出导向因素,深入剖析解码高师美术领域专业课程实施情况与路径。在师范专业认证的背景下,强调育初心、大爱奉献等教育典范情怀,明确时代赋予高师美术教师的新使命与新担当。 Nowadays,the concept of OBE is a key concept in the field of education,which is of great significance in fine arts teaching in normal universities.It emphasizes student-centered,attaches importance to reverse design thinking and has the attribute of continuous improvement.Teachers'professional skills training course is an important course in the field of fine arts education in normal universities,with"detectability"and"bridging"as its characteristics.With the course as the breakthrough point,and with the curriculum standard for primary and middle school fine arts as the reference standard,this paper fully considers the outcome-orientation factor,deeply analyzes and decodes the implementation and path of fine arts professional courses in normal universities.Under the background of normal education professional certification,it emphasizes the model feelings of education,such as the desire for the beginner's mind of education,great love and dedication,and clarifies the new mission and new responsibility of fine arts teachers in normal universities endowed by the times.
