摘要
文章对瓷瓶组成材料、断裂原因和裂纹特点进行分析,针对断裂采用了一种瓷瓶带电探伤技术,把该瓷瓶带电探伤技术运用到变电所中,结合变电所实例分析了合格、不合格和隐患3种瓷瓶的频谱图,并将其进行了对比,得出此探伤技术性能优良,同时文中还提出了相应的建议。
In this paper,the composition of porcelain bottles,fracture causes and characteristics of cracks are analyzed.In view of the fracture,a live fl aw detection technology for porcelain bottles is adopted.This technology is applied to the substation.The frequency spectrum of qualifi ed,unqualifi ed and hidden dangers of porcelain bottles are analyzed and compared with each other.It is concluded that the performance of the detection technology is excellent Some suggestions for the future are put forward.
