摘要
为发展浙江岛礁多营养层级综合养殖系统(IMTA),对浙江嵊泗枸杞岛贻贝(Mytilus edulis)人工养殖筏架区大型海藻分布群落结构与下三横山岛潮间带自然岩礁区大型海藻分布群落应用物种多样性评估方法进行了研究和比较。结果显示:1)枸杞岛人工养殖筏架区共有大型海藻42种分布生长,其中红藻门28种,绿藻门8种,褐藻门6种;下三横山岛自然岩礁区共有大型海藻15种分布生长,其中红藻门9种,绿藻门4种,褐藻门2种,表明两处大型海藻群落构成均以红藻为主,绿藻次之,褐藻种类最少。2)下三横山岛和枸杞岛人工养殖筏架区大型海藻群落香农-威纳指数(H′)、物种丰富度指数(E)和物种均匀度指数(J′)平均值分别为1.09、0.46、0.65和2.04、1.45、0.63。3)枸杞岛为贝类人工养殖筏架,且富营养化程度较高,其大型海藻种数更多,表明贝类人工养殖筏架可以作为大型海藻人工养殖固着基质。冗余分析(RDA)发现鼠尾藻(Sargassum thunbergii)、螺旋硬毛藻(Chaetomorpha spiralis Okamura)、密毛沙菜(Hypnea boergesenii Tanaka)、麻黄叉节藻(Amphiroa ephedraea Decaisne)和舌状蜈蚣藻[Grateloupia livida(Harv.)Yamada]5种大型海藻与所有营养盐呈正相关。鼠尾藻、舌状蜈蚣藻、坛紫菜(Pyropia haitanensis)和裙带菜[Undaria pinnatifida(Harvey)Suringar]等经济海藻可作为IMTA系统大型海藻候选种类。结果表明,枸杞岛贝类养殖筏架大型海藻群落结构优于下三横山岛自然岩礁区,这为今后浙江岛礁海域发展贝-藻IMTA生态养殖系统提供了理论依据。
In order to develop the IMTA ecological aquaculture system in island reef of Zhejiang,community structure of large seaweed in the natural intertidal zone of Xiasanhengshan Island and artificial Mytilus edulis raft culture area in Gouqi Island,Zhejiang Province was studied and compared by species diversity assessment methods.Results showed that:1)A total of 42 large seaweeds were collected from the Gouqi Island,there were 28 species of Rhodophyta,8 species of Chlorophyta,and 6 species of Phaeophyta;there were 15 species of large seaweed collected in the Xiasanhengshan Island,including 10 species of Rhodophyta,4 species of Chlorophyta,and 2 species of Phaeophyta,demonstrating that the seaweed community in Gouqi Island and Xiasanhengshan Island was dominated by Rhodophyta,followed by Chlorophyta and the lowest of Phaeophyta.2)The average values of Shannon-Wiener index(H′),Margelef index(E)and Pielou index(J′)of large seaweed communities in the mussel culture area of Gouqi Island and non-culture area of Xiasanhengshan Island were 1.09,0.46,0.65 and 2.04,1.45,0.63.3)The level of eutrophication of Gouqi Island was higher,and the number of large seaweed species was larger,indicating that the shellfish artificial raft can be used as a fixed substrate for large seaweed artificial cultivation.Redundant analysis(RDA)results showed that:These five large seaweeds,Sargassum thunbergii,Chaetomorpha spiralis Okamura,Hypnea boergesenii Tanaka,Amphiroa ephedraea Decaisne and Grateloupia livida(Harv.)Yamada were positively correlated with all nutrients.Economic algae such as Sargassum thunbergii,Grateloupia livida(Harv.),Pyropia haitanensis and Undaria pinnatifida(Harvey)can be used as candidates for large-scale algae in the IMTA system.Results showed that the structure of large-scale algae community of mussel culture area of Gouqi Island was better than the natural rock reef area of Xiasanhengshan Island,which provides a theoretical basis for the future development of shellfish-algae IMTA ecological culture system in the sea a
