国产焊材在12Cr2Mo1R钢制重整反应器中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 经过多年发展,我国重整反应器制造技术己日趋成熟,壳体钢材已实现国产化,但其壳体的焊接材料却未与壳体材料同步国产化,仍然主要依赖进口。文中采用哈焊所焊材对12Cr2Mo1R钢制重整反应器主壳体进行焊接,各项性能均能达到标准及重整反应器等设备设计要求,这表明国产焊材的质量和稳定性已达到国外同类产品水平,促进了该耐热钢焊材的国产化,同时采用国产焊材可大大降低制造成本。 After years of development,China’s reforming reactor manufacturing technology has become increasingly mature,and the shell steel has been domestically produced,but the welding material of the shell is mainly imported and its localization does not synchronize with the localization of shell material.In this paper,the main shell of the 12Cr2Mo1R steel reforming reactor is welded with welding materials from Harbin Welding Research Institute.All performance can meet the national standards and equipment design requirements of the reforming reactor,which shows that the quality and stability of domestic welding materials reach the level of similar foreign products,and promotes the localization of heat-resistant steel welding materials,while using domestic welding materials can greatly reduce manufacturing costs.
