摘要
针对大厚度沉淀硬化不锈钢进行双面钨极氩弧焊对接试验,并分析接头的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:焊缝无裂纹、气孔等缺陷;热处理后焊缝晶粒细化,热影响区受热差异引起的组织差异性消失,接头呈现固溶态组织。力学性能测试表明,热处理后的接头的抗拉强度提高5.5%,延伸率提高63%;断口分析表明,热处理后的接头断裂处呈韧性断裂,断口以韧窝为主。
The butt joining test of heavy thickness precipitation hardening stainless steel was conducted by double sided TIG welding and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were analyzed.The results show that there is no crack and pore in welds.Grain is refined in weld zone after heat treatment,microstructure difference due to heat difference in heat-affected zone disappears,the joints has solid-solution microstructure.The tensile strength test show that tensile strength of joints increases by 5.5%and elongation increases by 63%after heat treatment.Fracture analysis shows that the fracture of joint exhibits typical ductile dimple fracture pattern and is mainly dimple.
