摘要
我国早期投资建设的商务区有着功能较为单一,开发规模较小,且缺乏系统性连接等特点。其中,互联互通的缺失将极大限制该地区发挥更高的综合效益。文章从互联互通相关理论出发,总结了城市地下空间互联互通的原则、模式、设施类型、时空范围。并以上海陆家嘴CBD为例,基于互联互通理论,探索城市早期商务区的更新设计方法。
The early constructed CBDs in China usually have a relatively single function,small development scale,and lack of systematic connections.The lack of connection will greatly limit the region to exert higher comprehen⁃sive benefits.Starting from the related theories of underground connection,this article summarizes the principles,modes,types of facilities,and temporal and spatial scope of underground space connection.Taking Lujiazui CBD as an example,it explores the urban renewal design method of the early CBDs based on connection theory.
