摘要
目的探讨小鸡近视/远视离焦不同时长眼屈光度和轴向参数变化。方法7日龄正常小鸡共92只,分为8组(每组至少8只),右眼佩戴+10D/-10D镜片1,3,5,7 d,左眼佩戴平光镜片作为对照。戴镜前及戴镜结束后分别行双眼带状光检影验光及高频A超测量眼部轴向参数。结果佩戴+10D镜片1,3,5,7 d后,右眼与左眼相比,屈光度向远视发展,玻璃体腔长度变短,眼轴长度增长变慢,脉络膜变厚,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),右眼相对于左眼的屈光度改变与右眼相对于左眼的玻璃体腔长度/眼轴长度改变显著相关(r=-0.806,-0.778,P<0.001)。佩戴-10D镜片1,3,5,7 d后,右眼与左眼相比,屈光度向近视发展,玻璃体腔长度及眼轴长度增长加快,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而脉络膜厚度仅戴镜1 d组右眼较左眼有所变薄(P<0.05);右眼相对于左眼的屈光度改变,与右眼相对于左眼的玻璃体腔长度和眼轴长度改变显著相关(r=-0.401,-0.429,P<0.01)。结论7日龄小鸡右眼佩戴+10D/-10D镜片1,3,5,7 d,可诱导出相应的屈光不正,并伴有眼轴向参数的相应改变。相对于佩戴-10D镜片眼来说,佩戴+10D镜片眼屈光度及眼轴向参数改变更快达到峰值。
Objective To investigate the changes of refractive errors and axial dimension in chicks during the different period of lens-induced myopia and hyperopia.Methods Ninety-two 7-day-old chicks were randomly divided into 8 groups(at least 8 chicks in each group).The+10/-10D lenses were mounted on right eyes for 1,3,5,7 d,and the plano lenses were mounted on left eye as control.Axial dimensions and refractions were taken before and after wearing the lenses for 1,3,5,7 d.Results Compared with left eyes,the hyperopia developed in the right eyes at 1,3,5,7 d after wearing+10D lens,the vitreous chamber depth was reduced,the growth of axial length became slower,and the choroidal thickness became thicker(all P<0.05).The intraocular difference(IOD)of change of refractive error was significantly correlated with the IOD of change of vitreous chamber depth and axial length(r=-0.806,-0.778,P<0.001).Compared with left eyes,the myopia developed in the right eyes at 1,3,5,7 d after wearing-10D lens,and the growth of vitreous chamber depth and axial length became faster(all P<0.05).The choroidal thickness in right eyes was thinner at 1 d after wearing-10D lens than in the left eye(P<0.05).The intraocular difference(IOD)of change of refractive error was significantly correlated with the IOD of change of vitreous chamber depth and axial length(r=-0.401,-0.429,P<0.01).Conclusion Significant myopia/hyperopia is successfully induced in chicks by applying+10/-10D lenses for 1,3,5,7 d,accompanied by corresponding changes of axial dimensions.The changes of axial dimensions and refraction peak earlier in lens-induced hyperopia eyes than in lens-induced myopia eyes.
