330MW机组采暖抽汽对发电热经济性的影响分析 被引量:17

摘要 汽轮机中低压联通管抽汽是一种非常普遍的热电联产生产方式,抽汽参数合理性对机组经济运行有本质影响。以某330MW机组为例,采用Ebsilon软件分别模拟计算不同电负荷、不同抽汽压力和不同抽汽流量工况下机组运行状态,分析热耗特性、调压临界特性、能耗临界特性,并和试验数据对比。结果表明:汽轮机中低压联通管抽汽存在一条能耗临界曲线。机组在该曲线左侧运行时,采暖工况热耗高于纯凝工况,供热反而引起机组整体煤耗增大,导致电厂生产亏煤;在该曲线右侧运行时,采暖工况热耗低于纯凝工况,供热可以提高机组热经济性。因此,有些梯级利用项目造成节流调压损失增加,反而引起能耗升高。建议热电机组采暖供热改造后,通过试验和计算方式,合理规划各台机组间供热汽量及汽源参数。 The steam extraction of the middle and low pressure connecting pipes of steam turbine is a very common production mode of cogeneration. The rationality of extraction parameters plays an essential role in unit operation economy. In this study, a 330 MW cogeneration unit was selected as the research object. The Ebsilon software was used to model and simulate the operating conditions of the unit under different power loads, extraction pressures and extraction flows respectively. Heat consumption characteristics, pressure regulation critical characteristics and energy consumption critical characteristics were analyzed. The simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that, there is a critical curve of energy consumption when extracting steam at the middle and low pressure connecting pipes of steam turbine. When the unit is running in the left area of the curve, the unit heat consumption under heating condition is higher than that under pure condensing condition. And heat supply will increase the overall coal consumption level of the unit, leading to coal shortage in power plant production. When the unit is running in the right area of the curve, the unit heat consumption under heating condition is less than that under pure condensing condition, and heat supply can improve the thermal economy of the unit. Therefore, some of the cascade utilization transformation will increase the loss of throttling and pressure regulation, thus leading to an increase in energy consumption. It is suggested that after the heating and heating transformation of the thermal power unit, the heat supply steam quantity and steam source parameters between units should be reasonably planned by test and calculation, which has a very important impact on the thermal economy of the unit.
