摘要
针对共轨喷油器结构参数众多且各参数之间相互影响的问题,采用一维仿真的手段结合正交试验设计原理,对共轨喷油器结构参数进行了多方案匹配设计。匹配设计后的共轨喷油器经过高压共轨台架试验、某中重型车用柴油机整机性能试验验证,满足整机性能需求。
The match and design of structural parameters for common rail injector were conducted based on one-dimensional simulation and orthogonal test design principle in order to solve the problems of difficult injector design due to many parameters and their interrelation.The new-designed common rail injector was further verified by high pressure common rail bench test and engine performance test.Accordingly,the designed fuel injector can meet the performance requirements of engine.
