摘要
针对无线能量传输系统在整流过程中采用二极管等非线性元器件容易引发高次谐波的问题,设计了基于多扇形枝节结构的多频段微带滤波器。该滤波器采用微带传输线和扇形微带枝节结构组合成等效LC滤波电路,通过三个不同尺寸的扇面对2.4 GHz、4.8 GHz和7.2 GHz频率的谐波进行抑制。采用ADS软件对滤波电路进行仿真和优化,在此基础上对其进行了加工与测试,测试结果表明,滤波器在这三个频点的|S21|值均达到-40 dB以下。
Aiming at the problem of the higher harmonics caused by the non-linear components such as diodes in the rectification procedure of wireless power transmission systems,a multi-band microstrip filter based on multi-fan-shaped stubs structure was designed.The filter adopted a microstrip transmission line and a fan-shaped microstrip branch structure to form an equivalent LC filter circuit.Three fans with different sizes were acted on filtering the harmonics of 2.4 GHz,4.8 GHz and 7.2 GHz frequencies.The ADS software was used to simulate and optimize the filter size.On this basis,the designed filter was fabricated and tested.The measurement results showed that all the values of|S21|reached below-40 dB at the above three frequencies.
