摘要
提出了一种新型多层周期性透射阵(transmission array,TA)单元,该单元由对称C形缝隙结构组成,具有[-503°-167°]的透射相位范围,在Ku频段具有相似的相位曲线且透射相位的线性度较好.根据相位补偿理论,基于此单元设计了一款TA天线,并对其进行了仿真.结果表明,在12.5 GHz处增益可以达到24.74 dBi,天线的口径效率和1 dB增益带宽分别为44.4%和11.2%.对TA天线进行加工测试,得到的测试结果和仿真结果吻合较好.验证了该TA天线具有高增益和宽带的特性,同时也对于构造实用型TA雷达天线具有一定指导意义.
In this paper,a novel unit cell of multi-layers transmission array(TA)is proposed.The unit cell is composed of C-shaped slot structure.After the simulation,the unit cell achieves a phase shift change of[-503°-167°]and get a good phase curve in Ku band.Based on the phase compensation theory,a TA is designed with the rectangular horn antenna as the source.The simulation results show that the gain can reach 24.74 dBi at 12.5 GHz.The aperture efficiency and 1 dB gain bandwidth of the antenna are 44.4%and 17%respectively.The TA is fabricated and tested,and a good agreement is achieved between simulation results and the test results.TA has the characteristics of high gain and wide bandwidth.It is also instructive to construct a practical TA radar antenna.
