摘要
母体及胎儿通常都会受到妊娠合并糖尿病的明显影响,尤其对于高龄孕妇来说,持续高血糖水平容易危害母儿健康,保持血糖正常平稳有利于控制糖尿病病情,减少妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、流产等母体并发症,降低胎儿出现高体重、长期糖尿病的概率。为强化孕妇养成自我保健习惯,减少母儿并发症的发生几率,有必要对孕妇展开系统、完善的健康教育,通过饮食、运动、控制体重等方式维持血糖平稳,同时进行有效的心理疏导、调整生活方式更能加强孕妇的依从性。因此,加强对妊娠期妇女或糖尿病妇女的健康教育,有利于控制糖尿病病情,减轻并发症,从而减少对母儿的影响。母儿并发症发生几率减少及糖尿病孕妇(妊娠期)生活质量保障是该文综述的主题。
Maternal and fetus are usually significantly affected by pregnancy complicated with diabetes, especially for elderly pregnant women, sustained high blood sugar levels are likely to endanger the health of mothers and children.Maintaining normal and stable blood glucose is beneficial to control diabetes, reduce hypertension during pregnancy,maternal complications such as polyhydramnios and miscarriage reduce the probability of high weight and long-term diabetes in the fetus. In order to strengthen pregnant women to develop self-care habits and reduce the incidence of maternal and child complications, it is necessary to carry out systematic and complete health education for pregnant women,maintain stable blood sugar through diet, exercise, weight control, etc., and conduct effective psychological counseling.Adjusting the lifestyle can strengthen the compliance of pregnant women. Therefore, strengthening health education for pregnant women or women with diabetes will help control diabetes, reduce complications, and reduce the impact on mothers and children. The reduction in the incidence of maternal and child complications and the quality of life of pregnant women with diabetes(pregnancy) are the topics of this review.
