摘要
目的探讨在糖尿病患者护理中应用糖尿病规范护理小组对其专科护理质量的影响。方法选取2019年1—12月在该医院接受治疗的糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机抽签结果将所有对象分成对照组(n=20,常规护理)和实验组(n=20,糖尿病规范护理小组护理)。将两组专科护理质量、血糖情况、治疗依从情况与护理满意度进行对比。结果和对照组患者相比,实验组患者的治疗依从率、护理质量与护理满意度均更高;和护理前相比,两组患者护理后的血糖指标均降低,且实验组患者的降低幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者应用糖尿病规范护理小组护理的效果理想,其血糖指标降低,治疗依从性与专科护理质量均提高,患者对护理措施更为满意并配合,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the impact of applying a standardized diabetes nursing team in the care of diabetic patients on the quality of specialist care. Methods 40 diabetic patients who were treated in the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as subjects. All subjects were divided into a control group(n =20, regular care) and an experimental group(n=20, standardized diabetes care group care) based on the results of random drawing. The quality of specialist care, blood glucose, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment compliance rate, nursing quality and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher;compared with the pre-care, the blood glucose indexes of the two groups after nursing were lower, and the experimental group reduction was higher than that of the control group, there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of nursing of applying a standardized diabetes care team to diabetic patients is ideal. The blood glucose index is reduced, the treatment compliance and the quality of specialty care are improved. The patients are more satisfied with and cooperate with the nursing measures, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
