摘要
目的探讨神经内科护理在脑卒中合并糖尿病患者中的作用。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月,在该院进行医治的180例中风合并糖尿病的患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(90例,神经内科护理)和常规组(90例,常规者护理)。治疗后,较两组患者的焦虑和抑制情况、康复效果、对护理工作满意度、健康状态和血糖水平。结果研究组糖尿病患者的康复效果高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科护理在脑卒中合并糖尿病患者中具有明显的康复作用,对患者的神经功能具有一定的再生作用。
Objective To explore the role of neurology nursing in stroke with diabetes patients. Methods From March 2017 to March 2018, 180 cases patients with stroke and diabetes who were treated in the hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into a study group(90 cases, neurology nursing) and a routine group(90 cases,routine care). After treatment, Compare the anxiety and depression status, rehabilitation effect, satisfaction with nursing work, health status and blood glucose level of the two groups of patients. Results The rehabilitation effect of diabetic patients in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nervous system nursing has an obvious rehabilitation effect in stroke with diabetes patients, has a certain regeneration effect on the patients’ neurological function.
