摘要
目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎合并糖尿病患者行鼻内镜手术后选择延续护理模式的效果。方法选择医院2018年1月—2019年7月间收治的80例慢性鼻窦炎合并糖尿病行鼻内镜手术患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组40例与观察组40例,分别选择术后常规护理与延续护理模式,观察两组空腹血糖水平、护理满意度与并发症发生率。结果护理前,观察组和对照组空腹血糖水平基本一致,组间数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组空腹血糖水平为(6.35±1.63)mmol/L低于对照组的(7.45±1.72)mmol/L,观察组护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%;观察组并发症发生率为17.50%,低于对照组的32.50%。对比两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理模式对慢性鼻窦炎合并糖尿病患者鼻内镜手术患者具有较高的价值,患者护理满意度较高,并发生症发生几率较低。
Objective To explore the effect of choosing continued nursing mode for patients with chronic sinusitis and diabetes after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods From January 2018 to July 2019,select 80 patients with chronic sinusitis and diabetes undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery in the hospital as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases and an observation group of 40 cases.The postoperative routine care and continued care were selected respectively,and the fasting blood glucose levels,nursing satisfaction and complication rateof the two groups were observed.Results Before nursing,the fasting blood glucose levels of the observation group and the control group were basically the same.There was no statistically significant difference in data comparison between the groups(P>0.05);the fasting blood glucose level of the observation group after nursing was(6.35±1.63)mmol/L lower than the control group(7.45±1.72)mmol/L of the observation group,the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%of the control group;the complication rate of the observation group was 17.50%,which was lower than 32.50%of the control group.The difference between the two groups of data is obvious and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continued nursing model is of high value for patients with chronic sinusitis and diabetes,and the satisfaction of patient care is high,and the incidence of complications is low.
