摘要
目的:对壮药牛大力的外源性有害物质进行检测分析。方法:采用现行版《中国药典》方法对不同产地不同批次的牛大力中重金属、有害元素、有机氯农药进行检测。结果:所检测10批牛大力样品的重金属及有害元素含量均较低,有机氯农药未检出。结论:牛大力中重金属等外源性有害物质均符合有关规定,但在今后生产中也应加强控制。
Objective To detect and analyze the exogenous hazardous substances of zhuang medicine Millettia speciosa root.Methods By the methods of current edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,the detection of heavy metal and hazardous elements and organochlorine pesticide of different producing areas and different batches of Millettia speciosa root were carried out.Results In 10 batches of samples,the contents of heavy metal and hazardous elements were less content,and the organochlorine pesticide were not founded.Conclusion The exogenous hazardous substances of zhuang medicine Millettia speciosa root were in accordance with the rules,but they should be controlled strengthenly in the future production.
