摘要
主要研究碳纤维及偶联剂对环氧树脂增强增韧作用,集中考察了碳纤维表面处理方法对环氧树脂力学性能的影响;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对浇注体的断口进行观察分析,探讨了碳纤维的增强增韧机理。结果表明:碳纤维对树脂体系的固化工艺影响不大;碳纤维可明显改善体系的力学性能,纤维与基体复合工艺的改进,可以提高纤维的分散程度,进一步改善体系的综合性能。
Study on strengthening and toughening effect of carbon fiber and coupling agent on epoxy resin.The effect of carbon fiber surface treatment on the mechanical properties of epoxy resin was investigated.The observation and analysis of the fracture of the castable by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)discussed the strengthening and toughening mechanism of carbon fiber.The results show that carbon fiber has little effect on the curing process of resin system;carbon fiber can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the system,and the improvement of fiber and matrix composite process can improve the dispersion degree of fiber and further improve the comprehensive performance of the system.
