摘要
在当下经济迅速发展的时代,疫情之下,人们越来越关注饮食营养,尤其是乳制品的营养健康,河北省作为一个人口消费大省,研究河北地区居民乳制品消费意愿影响因素有利于为乳品企业调整消费导向提供理论依据,便于企业对自身生产情况及时作出调整,进而惠及居民,对于改善居民膳食结构,提高广大消费者的营养水平等具有重要的积极作用。采用ISM因素模型分析方法探究影响河北地区居民乳制品消费意愿的重要因素,得出结论:产品质量、产品类型与加工工艺,是影响河北省居民乳品消费行为的最主要、最根本的因素。最终根据结论提出将把HACCP控制体系作为一个基础,在此之上,努力提高乳制品的质量和安全,研发新型乳品加工工艺,创新乳品种类等对策。
In the current era of rapid economic development and under the epidemic situation,people pay more attention to diet nutrition,especially nutrition of dairy products.As Hebei is a province with large population and consumption,studying the influencing factors of its residents'willingness to consume dairy products will provide a theoretical basis for dairy companies to adjust their consumption orientation and make timely adjustments to their own production conditions.It has important positive significance for improving residents'dietary structure and enhancing their nutritional level.This paper uses the ISM factor model to explore important factors that affect the residents'willingness to consume dairy products in Hebei,and concludes that product quality,product type and processing technology are the most important and fundamental factors affecting the dairy consumption behavior of residents in Hebei Province.Finally,based on the conclusion,the paper proposes some countermeasures.For example,the HACCP control system will be used as a basis,and on this basis,efforts will be made to improve the quality and safety of dairy products,develop new dairy processing technology,and innovate dairy varieties.
