摘要
通过田间观测,对搜集到的46份甘肃紫苏种质资源的形态多样性进行了分析。结果表明,46份甘肃紫苏种质资源存在丰富的形态多样性,9个数量性状的变异系数为7.02%~36.01%,单株产量变异系数最大,单蒴籽实数变异系数最小,相关分析显示各性状之间存在显著的相关性(P<0.05)。基于所有表现型的聚类分析发现,在欧式距离11.65处可将46份紫苏种质资源分为两大类,第Ⅰ大类39份,均为油用型,叶色绿色,籽粒较大,单株产量高;第Ⅱ大类7份,为兼用型,叶色面青背紫或紫色,叶色深,籽粒小的菜用型或观赏型。
The morphological diversity of 46 perilla frutescens resources in Gansu Province was analyzed by field observation.The results showed that the morphological diversity of 46 Perilla germplasm in Gansu was rich.The coefficient of variation of the nine quantitative traits were 7.02%~36.01%.The variation coefficient of yield per plant was the largest and which to number of single seed was the smallest,correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation among the traits(P<0.05).Based on the cluster analysis of all phenotypes,46 resources of Perilla can be divided into 2 categories at the euclidean distance of 11.65.The firstⅠcategories has 39,are all of oil-type varieties with green leaves,large seeds and high yield per plant.The firstⅡcategories has 7,are dual-purpose variety resources with surface green-back purple or purple leaves,the leaf color is deep,the grain is small,and it applies to vegetable or ornamental.
