基于AHP-QFD的工业工程专业质量研究

摘要 针对目前本科工业工程专业应用创新型人才培养情况与市场需求差异不对称的局面,基于QFD理论框架,嵌入层次分析法AHP确定IE专业人才就业能力指标权重,即顾客需求权重的确定,然后与工业工程专业应用创新型人才培养其质量特性进行相关性研究,建立质量屋模型,并基于上述结论进一步提出了IE专业应用创新型人才培养模式提升方案与建议,对地方性培养应用创新型IE专业人才提供参考。 Aiming at the current situation that the application of innovative talents in undergraduate industrial engineering majors is not symmetrical with the difference in market demand,based on the QFD theoretical framework,this paper uses the embedded AHP to determine the IE specialty talent employability index weight,that is,the determination of the customer demand weight,and then carries out a correlation study on the quality characteristics of applied innovative talents training in industrial engineering,establishes a house of quality model,and further proposes IE specialty applied innovative talents training model improvement plan and suggestions based on the above conclusions,to provide reference for the innovative IE professional talents training.
