摘要
目的探讨ICU工作坊教学法联合CBL在CVC导管维护临床带教中的应用效果。方法将2016年3月—2017年12月ICU新进护理规培人员分为对照组和观察组,各30名,对照组采用传统的“师带徒”带教模式,观察组采用工作坊教学模式联合CBL法带教。对比分析两组护士的培训成绩,调查两组护士对教学模式及效果的满意度。结果观察组理论及操作考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组护士对工作坊模式联合CBL法效果的满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论ICU工作坊教学模式联合CBL法用于CVC导管维护临床带教,能使新进护士有效掌握CVC导管维护方法,提高带教效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of ICU workshop teaching method combined with CBL in CVC catheter maintenance clinical teaching.Methods The newly trained nursing staff in ICU from March 2016 to December 2017 were divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 30 people.The control group adopted the traditional"teacher with apprentice"teaching model,and the observation group adopted the workshop teaching model combined with the CBL method.The training results of the two groups of nurses were compared and analyzed,and the satisfaction of the two groups nurses with the teaching model and the effect was investigated.Results The theoretical and operational assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group nurses were more satisfied with the effect of the workshop model combined with the CBL method(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU workshop teaching mode combined with CBL method for clinical teaching of CVC catheter maintenance can enable new nurses to effectively master CVC catheter maintenance methods and improve the teaching effect.
