摘要
随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,对公立医院的档案管理提出了新的、更高的要求,因此如何强化公立医院的档案管理工作已成为其面临的一大难题。档案管理工作要结合实际,抓好薄弱环节,及时调整,加大力度,改进管理理念,创新管理模式,提高管理效率,加强人员管理和信息化平台搭建,实现公立医院档案管理的可持续发展。该文主要针对新医改下公立医院档案管理存在的问题提出有效的解决方案,以供参考。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,new and higher requirements have been put forward for the file management of public hospitals.Therefore,how to strengthen the file management of public hospitals has become a major problem facing them.File management must be based on reality,grasp weak links,adjust in time,increase efforts,improve management concepts,innovate management models,improve management efficiency,strengthen personnel management and information platform construction,and realize the sustainable development of public hospital file management.This article mainly proposes effective solutions to the problems existing in the file management of public hospitals under the new medical reform for reference.
