摘要
目的探究妊娠期糖尿病孕妇采用个体化护理模式干预对妊娠结局与血糖控制效果的影响。方法选取该院2017年1月—2019年12月收治的99例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行个性化护理,对比两组护理前后血糖指标变化情况、产妇与围产儿妊娠结局。结果观察组护理后HbAlc、2 hPG、FPG分别为(6.22±0.18)%、(8.12±0.22)mmol/L、(4.42±0.12)mmol/L,均低于对照组(t=25.486、13.258、13.688,P<0.05);观察组产后出血、剖宫产、妊娠高血压、羊水过多发生率分别为2.00%、2.00%、2.00%、4.00%,均低于对照组(χ2=5.029、4.535、5.029、5.172,P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇采用个体化护理模式干预利于改善妊娠结局,血糖控制效果理想。
Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing mode intervention on pregnancy outcome and blood sugar control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 99 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group was personalized nursing based on the control group,compare the changes of blood glucose indicators before and after nursing between the two groups,and the pregnancy outcome of maternal and perinatal infants.Results The HbAlc,2 hPG and FPG in the observation group were(6.22±0.18)%,(8.12±0.22)mmol/L,(4.42±0.12)mmol/L,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(t=25.486,13.258,13.688,P<0.05);the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section,pregnancy-induced hypertension,and polyhydramnios in the observation group were 2.00%,2.00%,2.00%,and 4.00%,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(χ2=5.029,4.535,5.029,5.172,P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention for pregnant women with gestational diabetes is beneficial to improve the pregnancy outcome,and the effect of blood sugar control is ideal.
