摘要
目的探究动态心电图与常规心电图对糖尿病合并冠心病患者的诊断效果。方法随机抽取2018年1月—2019年2月该院88例糖尿病合并冠心病患者为观察对象,所有患者均接受常规心电图检查和动态心电图检查,对比两种方法对糖尿病合并冠心病患者的疾病检出情况。结果对88例糖尿病合并冠心病患者实施动态心电图检查,其心肌缺血阳性的检出率为71.59%、ST段抬高检出率为13.64%、ST段降低检出率为12.50%,明显高于常规心电图对心肌缺血阳性、ST段抬高、ST段降低的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对88例糖尿病合并冠心病患者实施动态心电图检查,其对室性心动过速的检出率为48.86%、房性前期收缩的检出率为36.36%、短阵室上速的检出率为17.05%、室性早搏的检出率为12.50%、房性逸搏的检出率为10.23%,明显高于常规心电图对室性心动过速、房性前期收缩、短阵室上速、室性早搏、房性逸搏的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并冠心病患者接受动态心电图检查,具有更高的疾病检出率,为临床诊断和治疗提供了可靠的依据。
Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of Holter and conventional ECG on diabetic patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A random selection of 88 patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease in the hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were the observation objects.All patients received routine ECG examination and Holter examination,and compared the two methods for disease examination of patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease.Results Holter was performed on 88 patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease.The detection rate of positive myocardial ischemia was 71.59%,the detection rate of ST segment elevation was 13.64%,and the detection rate of ST segment reduction was 12.50%,which was significantly higher.The difference in the detection rate of myocardial ischemia positive,ST-segment elevation,and ST-segment reduction on conventional ECG was statistically significant(P<0.05);Holter was performed on 88 diabetic patients with coronary heart disease.The detection rate of tachycardia was 48.86%,the detection rate of pre-atrial contraction was 36.36%,the detection rate of short array supraventricular tachycardia was 17.05%,the detection rate of ventricular premature contraction was 12.50%,the detection rate of atrial escape detection rate was 10.23%,which was significantly higher than the detection rate of conventional ECG for ventricular tachycardia,pre-atrial contraction,short array supraventricular tachycardia,ventricular premature beats,and atrial escape beats.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetes patients with coronary heart disease undergoing Holter examination has a higher disease detection rate,which provides a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
