摘要
目的中西结合疗法改善妇科内分泌失调的效果分析。方法方便选择2018年1月—2019年11月期间该院妇科收治的86例内分泌失调患者作为研究对象,通过随机双盲法分成对照组和治疗组,对照组43例患者院内接受常规西医疗法,治疗组43例患者院内接受常规西医疗法+中医辨证疗法,比较分析两组患者的临床治疗总有效率以及治疗后的卵泡雌激素(FSH)水平、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组有效率95.35%明显高于对照组的79.07%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.108,P<0.05);治疗组的激素水平FSH(11.52±9.25)IU/L、E2(259.58±114.23)pmol/L水平均高于对照组(8.13±4.24)IU/L、(207.11±91.63)pmol/L,组间差异有统计学意义(t=2.185、2.350,P<0.05)。结论内分泌失调患者院内接受中西医综合疗法,可以改善激素水平,提高临床治疗效果,对患者的预后有良好的促进作用,可作为推广方案。
Objective To analyze the effect of integrated Chinese and Western therapy on improving gynecological endocrine disorders. Methods A total of 86 patients with endocrine disorders admitted to the Department of Gynecology in the hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were conveniently selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the treatment group by random double-blind method. The control group group of 43 patients received conventional Western medical treatment in the hospital, the treatment group of 43 patients received conventional Western medicine + TCM syndrome differentiation therapy in the hospital(treatment group). The total effective rate of clinical treatment and the level of follicular estrogen(FSH) and estradiol(E2) level. Results After treatment, the effective rate95.35% of the treatment group was significantly higher than 79.07% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significante(χ^2=5.108, P<0.05);the hormone level of the treatment group was FSH(11.52±9.25)IU/L, E2(259.58±114.23)pmol/L levels were higher than those of the control group(8.13 ±4.24)IU/L,(207.11 ±91.63)pmol/L, the differences were statistical significance(t =2.185, 2.350, P <0.05). Conclusion Patients with endocrine disorders receiving comprehensive treatments of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the hospital can improve hormone levels, improve the therapeutic effect of Li Chuang, and have a good effect on the prognosis of patients. It can be used as a promotion plan.
