恶性肿瘤患者血栓弹力图(TEG)与凝血功能、血小板计数(PLT)之间的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究探讨恶性肿瘤患者凝血功能、血小板计数(PLT)与血栓弹力图(TEG)之间的相关性分析。方法方便选择2017年6月—2019年5月在该院接受治疗的恶性肿瘤患者109例作为研究对象,再选取100名健康体检者作为对照组进行对比,所有受检者均接受凝血功能、血小板计数以及血栓弹力图检测,对比检测结果并探究凝血功能、血小板计数(PLT)与血栓弹力图(TEG)之间的相关性。结果观察组患者的APTT(26.54±2.55)s、AT-Ⅲ(94.44±8.87)%、K值(1.48±0.32)min以及R值(5.28±1.21)min显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.068、7.494、12.257、4.057,P<0.05);观察组患者的FDP、DD、FIB、CI值、MA值以及Angle角显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AT-Ⅲ与CI值、MA值呈负相关,PLT、FIB与CI值、MA值、Angle角呈正相关,PLT、FIB与K值呈负相关,DD与R值呈负相关,APTT与R值呈正相关,相关系数有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者凝血功能、血小板计数与血栓弹力图均异常,提示血液处于高凝状态,虽凝血功能、血小板计数(PLT)与血栓弹力图(TEG)之间有显著相关性,但无法彼此代替。 Objective To study the correlation analysis between coagulation function, platelet count(PLT) and thromboelastogram(TEG) in patients with malignant tumors. Methods 109 patients with malignant tumors who were treated in the hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were conveniently selected as the clinical research subjects, and 100 healthy physical examination subjects were selected as the control group for comparison. All the participants in the study received blood coagulation function, Platelet count and thromboelastogram test, compare test results and explore the correlation between coagulation function, platelet count(PLT) and thromboelastogram(TEG). Results The APTT(26.54±2.55)s, AT-Ⅲ(94.44±8.87)%, K value(1.48±0.32) min and R value(5.28±1.21) min of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.068, 7.494, 12.257, 4.057, P<0.05);FDP, DD,FIB, CI, MA and Angle angle of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);AT-Ⅲ was negatively correlated with CI value and MA value,PLT, FIB was positively correlated with CI value, MA value, and Angle angle, PLT, FIB was negatively correlated with K value, DD was negatively correlated with R value, APTT was positively correlated with R value, and the Correlation coefficients was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The coagulation function, platelet count and thromboelastogram of patients with malignant tumors are abnormal, indicating that the blood is in a hypercoagulable state. Although coagulation function, platelet count(PLT) and thromboelastogram(TEG) are significantly correlated, they cannot replace each other.
