摘要
目的探讨对临床免疫检验实施强化免疫检验质量干预后,临床免疫检验准确性的提升效果。方法于2017年1月—2019年1月期间在该院进行临床免疫检验的患者中随机选取280例患者作为该次研究的对象,按照随机分配的原则分为对照组和实验组。其中对照组中有140例患者,对照组患者进行临床免疫检验过程中采用常规免疫检验质量干预方法进行质量管控,其余140例患者作为实验组,实验组患者进行临床免疫检验过程中实施强化免疫检验质量干预进行质量管控,统计分析两种不同模式下患者临床免疫检验准确性。结果实施干预后,实验组患者的乙肝表面抗原免疫检验准确率100.00%高于对照组的92.14%(χ^2=11.450,P=0.001),核心抗原免疫检验准确率98.57%高于对照组的91.43%(χ^2=7.519,P=0.006),表面抗体免疫检验准确率100.00%高于对照组的93.57%(χ^2=7.347,P=0.007),核心抗体免疫检验准确率98.57%高于对照组的90.71%(χ^2=8.523,P=0.004),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床免疫检验质量的提高能提升免疫检验的准确性,值得在临床中进行推广。
Objective To explore the effect of improving the accuracy of clinical immunoassay after the implementation of enhanced immunoassay quality intervention.Methods Selected 280 patients who came to the hospital for clinical immunoassay between January 2017 and January 2019 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.According to the principle of random allocation,they were divided into control group and experimental group.Among them,control group of 140 patients.The control group adopted routine immunoassay quality intervention methods for quality control during clinical immunoassay.The remaining 140 patients serve as the experimental group.The experimental group implements enhanced immunoassay quality intervention during clinical immunoassay.Carry out quality control and statistical analysis of the accuracy of clinical immunoassays for patients under two different modes.Results After the intervention,the accuracy rate of the hepatitis B surface antigen immunoassay of the experimental group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group 92.14%(χ^2=11.450,P=0.001),and the core antigen immunoassay accuracy rate was 98.57%higher than that of the control group 91.43%(χ^2=7.519,P=0.006),the accuracy rate of surface antibody immunoassay was 100.00%higher than that of the control group(χ^2=7.347,P=0.007),and the accuracy rate of core antibody immunoassay was 98.57%higher than the control group’s 90.71%(χ^2=8.523,P=0.004),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of clinical immunoassay can improve the accuracy of immunoassay,which is worth popularizing.
