分组分层级管理模式在某院重症医学科护理管理中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Grouping and Hierarchical Management Model in the Nursing Management of the Intensive Medicine Department of a Hospital

摘要 目的探讨分组分层级管理在重症医学科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取该院重症医学科72名护理人员作为研究对象,将2016年1—12月(分层前)在该院工作的36名护理人员作为对照组,将2017年1—12月(分层后)在该院工作的36名护理人员作为观察组。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施分组分层级管理,对比两组的护理质量及护理满意度。结果护理后观察组满意度为97.2%,对照组满意度为83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组基础护理、文书记录、药械管理及消毒隔离评分分别为(97.9±5.3)分、(95.9±5.4)分、(96.8±4.8)分与(98.7±4.9)分各项结果均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分组分层级管理在该院重症医学科护理管理中的应用效果较为良好,实现了护理人员多方面护理评分的全面提升,保障患者护理满意度的不断提升,具有良好的临床应用效果,可以在临床上进行相应的推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value of group and hierarchical management in the nursing management of critical care medicine.Methods 72 nurses from the Department of Critical Care Medicine in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and 36 nurses who worked in the hospital from January to December 2016(before stratification)were selected as the control group,and from January to December 2017(after stratification)36 nursing staff working in the hospital served as the observation group.The control group implemented routine nursing management,and the observation group implemented grouped hierarchical management to compare the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results After nursing,the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.2%,and the satisfaction degree of the control group was 83.3%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group's basic nursing,paper records,medical device management and disinfection isolation scores were(97.9±5.3)points,(95.9±5.4)points,(96.8±4.8)points and(98.7±4.9)points were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of grouping and hierarchical management in the nursing management of the intensive care department of the hospital is relatively good.It has realized the overall improvement of nursing staff in various aspects of nursing scores,ensuring the continuous improvement of patient care satisfaction,and has good clinical application effects,with corresponding promotion and application in the clinic.
