摘要
“眼病特效组方”是阎莉教授在五十余年的临证工作中所总结出的一组针刺处方,对各种临床常见的慢性眼病及疑难眼病均具有较好疗效。阎教授认为目系的生理功能不仅有赖于十二经络及五脏六腑精气的濡养,而且与脑神的统御功能也密切相关。因此,眼疾的发生是脑神失治、脏腑失调、经络壅滞等多种病机相互作用所致。而该组针刺处方以针刺患者眼部的多个经外奇穴为主,同时配合脑后双侧风池穴小幅度、高频率的捻转补法,不仅能够疏通眼部经络、改善眼周微循环,而且还能激发少阳经经气,起到调治脑神的作用。临床用之,疗效颇佳。故本文拟从选穴操作、注意事项、适应病症、辨病配穴、病案分析及理论探讨等多方面系统归纳“眼病特效组方”的临床应用要点,以期传扬中医名家经验,为针刺治疗眼病提供临床借鉴。
The Special Effects Prescription for Eye Diseases is a series of acupuncture prescriptions summarized by Professor Yan Li in more than 50 years of clinical work,which has good treatment effect on various kinds of acute,chronic and complicated eye diseases.Professor Yan believes that the normal physiological function of the eye system not only depends on the nourishment of the twelve meridian and collaterals,and five viscera and six bowels,but also is closely related to the govern and defense function of the brain and spirit.Therefore,the occurrence of eye diseases is caused by the interaction of multiple pathogenesis that includes brain and spirit disorder,viscera and bowels imbalance,meridian and collaterals stagnation and so on.This group acupuncture prescriptions are characterized mainly by needling multiple extra points around eyes as well as small amplitude and high frequency twirling and tonifying method of Feng Chi(GB 20)on both sides of the head.This can not only dredge the eye meridians and improve the microcirculation around the eyes,but also stimulate meridians qi of lesser yang,playing a role in regulating brain spirit.Its application in clinical receives favorable effects.Therefore,this paper systematically summarized the key points of clinical application of The Special Effects Prescription for Eye Diseases from the aspects of acupoint selection,precautions,indications,disease differentiation and acupoint selection,medical record analysis and theoretical discussion,in order to spread the experience of famous Traditional Chinese Medicine experts and to provide clinical references for acupuncture treatment of eye diseases.
