摘要
基于某新建年产80万t/a尿素工厂所选用的尿素成品输送流程DCS控制方案,从工艺流程、系统配置、逻辑设计、仿真验证等多个方面对该方案进行了详细介绍,为以后类似项目中尿素成品输送流程应用DCS进行程序控制及联锁保护提供了参考。
In this paper,detailed introduction is made on the DCS control scheme of urea product conveying process selected for a new 800kt/a urea plant from such aspects as the process flow,system configuration,logic design,simulation&verification,and so on,the purpose of which is to offer reference to similar future projects in terms of application of DCS-based procedural control and interlock protection in the urea product conveying process.
