摘要
技术是广大中小制造企业升级的“拦路虎”,也是广大中小制造企业必须攻克的重大管理课题。论文倡导技术立企的经营理念,从不同维度剖析了中小制造企业的技术现状与特点,系统阐述了传统中小制造企业快速、低成本全面提升企业技术能力的有效途径和实践方法,是广大中小制造企业技术升级、管理提升的有益参考。
Technology is a"huge obstacle"for the upgrading of the majority of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,and it is also a major management issue that the majority of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises must overcome.This paper advocates the management idea of developing enterprises with technology,analyzes the technical status and characteristics of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises from different dimensions,and systematically expounds the effective ways and practical methods for the traditional small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to comprehensively improve their technological capability at a fast and low-cost manner,which is a useful reference for the majority of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to upgrade technology and improve management.
