摘要
目的对多层共挤输液用膜拉伸强度测量的不确定度进行评定。方法通过建立测量不确定度的数学模型,分析重复性测量、拉力机拉力误差、厚度测量、宽度测量等因素的测量不确定度,并对其进行评定。结果拉伸强度的测量不确定度为(32.66±0.14)MPa,其中扩展不确定度U=0.14 MPa。结论重复性测量对于不确定度结果的影响最大。
Objective To analyze the factors affecting the uncertainty in measurement of tensile properties of multi-layer co-extrusion film for infusion.Methods Establishing the measuring model,to analyze and evaluate the effects of the main factors,such as the repeatability measurement,thickness and width measurement,equipment accuracy.Results The uncertainty in measurement of tensile properties is(32.66±0.14)MPa,and the expanded uncertainty is 0.14 MPa.Conclusion Repeatability is the main factor for uncertainty.
