摘要
目的:分析子宫内膜不典型增生治疗中高效孕激素和阿司匹林联合使用的效果。方法:本次选取2018年3月~2019年4月某院收治的48例子宫内膜不典型增生患者进行研究,按照随机分配的方式将患者分为对照组和观察组各24例,观察组进行高效孕激素联合阿司匹林治疗,对照组进行高效孕激素治疗,分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(95.83%)比对照组(79.17%)高,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在子宫内膜不典型增生的治疗中,对其进行高效孕激素联合阿司匹林治疗具有显著的效果,患者的身体机能会得到良好的恢复。
Objective:To analyze the effect of high efficiency progesterone combined with aspirin in the treatment of endometrial atypical hyperplasia.Methods:48 cases of patients with endometrial dysplasia in a hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 24 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with high efficiency progesterone combined with aspirin,and the control group was treated with high efficiency progesterone,then the therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.83%)was higher than that in the control group(79.17%)(P<0.05).The thickness of endometrium in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of endometrial atypical hyperplasia,the treatment of high efficiency progesterone combined with aspirin has remarkable effect,and the patient's body function will be recovered well.
