摘要
目的探析无缝隙护理模式在结肠癌并肠梗阻患者术中肠道清洁护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取2018年12月—2019年12月期间于该院进行手术治疗的结肠癌并肠梗阻患者共60例,以采取的不同护理模式为分组依据,将其分为采取无缝隙护理模式的研究组、采取常规护理模式的对照组,每组30例。组间对比并发症发生率、住院时间、生活质量评分以及术后肛门排气、排便功能恢复时间。结果研究组的住院时间及术后肛门排气、排便功能恢复时间分别为(7.88±0.33)d、(30.65±2.10)h、(55.47±4.09)h,比对照组的(13.76±0.77)d、(42.54±3.47)h、(69.43±3.98)h短,差异有统计学意义(t=38.444、16.056、13.398,P<0.05)。研究组的心理健康、社会功能、躯体健康、总体健康评分分别为(65.53±5.64)分、(68.41±6.45)分、(68.51±5.54)分、(69.41±7.33)分,比对照组的(59.54±6.10)分、(49.06±4.12)分、(50.66±4.12)分、(61.06±7.10)分高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.949、13.848、12.703、4.482,P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率为3.33%,比对照组的23.33%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.192,P=0.023<0.05)。结论在结肠癌并肠梗阻患者的术中肠道清洁护理中应用无缝隙护理模式可以减少术后并发症的发生,加快术后生理功能的恢复,缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of seamless nursing mode in the intestinal cleansing and nursing of patients with colon cancer and intestinal obstruction.Methods A total of 60 patients with colon cancer and intestinal obstruction who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were convenient selected and divided into those with seamless care as the study group and the control group adopting conventional nursing mode based on the different nursing models adopted,30 cases in each group.The incidence of complications,length of hospitalization,quality of life score,postoperative anal exhaust and defecation recovery time were compared between groups.Results The study group’s hospital stay and postoperative recovery time of anal exhaust and defecation were(7.88±0.33)d,(30.65±2.10)h,and(55.47±4.09)h,respectively,compared with(13.76±0.77)d,(42.54±3.47)h,and(69.43±3.98)h in the control group,shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(t=38.444,16.056,13.398,P<0.05).The mental health,social function,physical health,and overall health scores of the study group were(65.53±5.64)points,(68.41±6.45)points,(68.51±5.54)points,and(69.41±7.33)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(59.54±6.10)points,(49.06±4.12)points,(50.66±4.12)points,(61.06±7.10)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.949,13.848,12.703,4.482,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33%,which was lower than 23.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.192,P=0.023<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing mode in the intraoperative bowel cleansing care of patients with colon cancer and intestinal obstruction can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,speed up the recovery of postoperative physiological functions,shorten the patient’s hospital stay,and improve the patient’s quality of life.
