摘要
目的探讨风险管理在医院ICU感染控制中的作用。方法从2018年1月-2019年1月期间选取于该院ICU科室40名护理人员为观察对象,按照随机分组原则将其分为两组:对照组与观察组,各20名。对照组护理人员接受常规管理,观察组护理人员在对照组基础上进行风险管理,比较两组护理人员理论知识能力与护理实践能力评分、护理满意度、护理质量评分。结果对照组理论知识能力与护理实践能力评分明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理人员对科室护理制度满意度明显低于观察组(60.00%<95.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理人员考核评分、护理质量评分明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在医院ICU感染控制中的应用效果较好,提高了护理人员的理论、实践能力与对科室护理制度满意度,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To explore the role of risk management in hospital ICU infection control.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,40 nursing staff in the ICU department of the hospital were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization:control group and observation group,20 cases in each.The nursing staff in the control group received routine management,and the nursing staff in the observation group carried out risk management on the basis of the control group.The scores of theoretical knowledge and nursing practice ability,nursing satisfaction,and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge ability and nursing practice ability of the control group were significantly lower than those of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the nursing staff in the control group with the department nursing system was significantly lower than that of the observation group(60.00%<95.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the evaluation scores and nursing quality of the nursing staff in the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in hospital ICU infection control is effective,and it improves the nursing staff's theoretical and practical ability and satisfaction with the department's nursing system.It has high promotion value.
