摘要
目的分析应用模拟肺规范化管理对于ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床价值。方法选入该院ICU于2017年9月-2018年10月期间的护理人员50名以及50例患者,作为该次实验的对象,将其按照“信封法”进行分组,对照组25名护理人员以及25例患者进行常规管理模式,研究组25名护理人员以及25例患者进行模拟肺规范化管理。对比两组出现ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率、在有创机械通气使用时模拟肺内表面的带菌概率、临床治疗效果。结果研究组出现ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组使用时模拟肺内表面的带菌概率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用模拟肺规范化管理之后对ICU病房各项工作都有了标准规范,降低出现呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率以及模拟肺内表面的带菌概率,同时也能够提升医护人员的工作技能水平。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of standardized management of simulated lung for ICU ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods The 50 nursing staff and 50 patients who were selected into the hospital's ICU from September 2017 to October 2018 were the subjects of this experiment.They were grouped according to the"envelope method".The control group consisted of 25 nursing staff and 25 patients in the study group underwent routine management mode,and 25 nurses and 25 patients underwent standardized management of simulated lung.The incidence of ICU ventilator-associated pneumonia,the probability of carrying bacteria on the inner surface of the lungs simulated by invasive mechanical ventilation,and the clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of ICU ventilator-associated pneumonia in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);when the study group was used,the probability of carrying bacteria on the inner surface of the simulated lung was lower than that of the control group,and there were differences between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After adopting standardized management of simulated lung,there are standards and norms for all tasks in the ICU ward,which reduces the incidence of ventilator-related pneumonia and the probability of carrying bacteria on the inner surface of the simulated lung.It can also improve the work skills of medical staff,to reduce the occurrence of medical accidents.
