摘要
目的研究岗位设置与绩效管理在门诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取在2018年1-12月在该院工作的68名护理工作人员为研究对象,设为观察组和对照组,每组34名。对照组:常规护理管理;观察组:在常规护理管理的基础上应用岗位设置与绩效管理。比较两组护理人员的护理优良率、护理差错发生率。结果观察组患者的优良率97.06%与对照组85.29%相比较高,护理差错发生率5.88%与对照组23.53%相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论岗位设置与绩效管理应用在门诊护理管理中,提高了护理质量,降低了护理差错发生率,提高就诊效率,值得在临床中应用。
Objective To study the effect of job setting and performance management in outpatient nursing management.Methods A total of 68 nursing staff who worked in the hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and set as the observation group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group.Control group:routine nursing management;observation group:application of job setting and performance management based on routine nursing management.Compare the nursing excellent rate and nursing error rate of the two groups of nursing staff.Results The excellent and good rate of patients in the observation group was 97.06%compared with 85.29%in the control group,and the nursing error rate was 5.88%compared with 23.53%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of position setting and performance management in outpatient nursing management improves the quality of care,reduces the incidence of nursing errors,and improves the efficiency of treatment.It is worthy of clinical application.
