摘要
目的探析岗位管理模式在肿瘤中心护理管理中的应用效果。方法2017年5月,该院对肿瘤中心78名护理人员实施岗位管理,对比实施前后护士工作的满意度、患者对护理工作的满意度、三基考试的达标率。结果实施岗位管理模式后,整体工作的满意度、被称赞和认可、社会或专业的交流机会、与共事者间关系、工作的控制和决策、专业发展的机会、排班制度评分较实施前高,整体满意度、健康教育、沟通交流、满足需求、服务态度的平均评分较实施前高,达标率对比,实施后较实施前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤中心护理管理中实施岗位管理模式,可将临床护理管理的水平提升,调动护士工作的积极性,将护士工作满意度、患者对护理的满意度提升。
Objective To explore the application effect of post management model in the nursing management of cancer center.Methods In May 2017,the hospital implemented post management for 78 nursing staff in the cancer center,comparing the satisfaction of nurses before and after implementation,the satisfaction of patients with nursing work,and the rate of compliance with the three basic exams.Results After the implementation of the job management model,overall job satisfaction,praise and recognition,social or professional communication opportunities,relationships with coworkers,job control and decision-making,professional development opportunities,and scheduling system scores are higher than before implementation The average score of overall satisfaction,health education,communication,meeting needs,and service attitude is higher than before implementation.Compared with the standard compliance rate,after implementation,it is higher than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the post management model in the nursing management of the cancer center can improve the level of clinical nursing management,mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,and improve nurses’job satisfaction and patients’satisfaction with nursing.
