摘要
目的研究谷红注射液运用于血管性认知障碍中的价值及对患者脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2的影响。方法选择我院2018年1月—2019年1月纳入的112例血管性认知障碍患者作为研究对象,遵照数字表法随机分为两组各56例,研究组采取谷红注射液治疗,对照组采取常规治疗,密切关注治疗后病情变化,分别于治疗前后进行蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)评分、临床症状积分、生活质量(Short Form 36 questionaire,SF-36)评分,调查前主动向患者解释本次调查的目的及评分内容,使患者及家属了解其意义及步骤,在获得同意后进行评分调查,并检测脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平,抽取所有实验对象清晨空腹静脉血,3000 r/min离心10 min左右,选择脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2酶联免疫吸附实验(Enzyme-linked Immuno Sorbent Assay,ELiSA)试剂盒进行测定,另外观察头痛、恶心及红斑等不良反应发生率,对比两组治疗结果。结果治疗前两组的MoCA评分、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率5.36%,与对照组8.93%相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组的执行能力差、注意力损害、精神运动迟缓、情绪低落评分相比无意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的生理机能、健康状况、社会功能、精神健康评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论谷红注射液运用于血管性认知障碍中效果显著,促进脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平恢复,改善认知能力,快速缓解相关症状,防止不良反应产生,安全性高,提升生活质量。
Objective To analyze the impact of Guhong Injection in the lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)for vascular cognitive disorder(VCD)patients.Methods 112 VCD patients treated from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,56 cases in each group.The study group took Guhong Injection;the control group took the routine treatment.The curative effect was compared.Results Before treatment,Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scores and Lp-PLA2 contents between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,related indicators in the study group were better than control group(P<0.05);the adverse event rate in the study group(5.36%)and control group(8.93%)was not significantly different(P>0.05);before treatment,the scores of physiological function,health status,social function and mental health between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,related scores in the study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guhong Injection can promote the recovery of LpPLA2 contents,prevent the adverse reactions,and improve patients’cognitive competence,drug safety and quality of life.
