摘要
目的探讨湖北武汉江夏方舱医院新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期患者的临床特征和中医证候特点,以进一步指导中医临床应用。方法收集武汉江夏方舱医院新冠肺炎恢复期患者病例资料,于入院第1日采集流行病史、新冠病毒核酸检测、胸部CT、症状体征等信息,分析患者基本特征及中医证候特点。结果86例新冠肺炎恢复期患者中男45例,女41例,男女比例1.10∶1。平均年龄(42.00±12.24)岁,48例有基础疾病。实验室检查显示病毒核酸反复转阳48例,胸部CT以多肺叶下野外带病变为主。临床症状可见发热38例,咳嗽29例,乏力3例,咽痛2例,胸闷1例,腹泻1例,流涕1例,头晕1例。单纯CT阳性15例,单纯病毒核酸阳性27例。中医辨证主要分为肺脾不足证57例,气阴两虚证29例。肺脾不足证可见舌质淡、苔薄腻,脉细;亦可见舌质紫黯,脉涩。气阴两虚证可见舌质红、苔薄干,脉细数;亦可见舌质紫黯,脉涩。结论武汉江夏方舱医院新冠肺炎恢复期患者以中青年居多,以发热、咳嗽为主要症状,中医证型以肺脾不足证为主。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and TCM syndromes of COVID-19 convalescent patients in Wuhan Jiangxia cabin hospital,in order to further guide the clinical application of TCM.Methods Case data of COVID-19 convalescent patients in Wuhan Jiangxia cabin hospital were collected.On the first day of admission,information of epidemic history,novel coronavirus nucleic acid test,chest CT,symptoms and signs were collected.Results Among the 86 cases COVID-19 convalescent patients,45 cases were male and 41 cases were female.Age(42.00±12.24)years old,48 patients with basic disease.Laboratory examination showed that 48 cases of virus nucleic acid repeatedly transferred to positive,and chest CT was dominated by multiple lobar lower field lesions.Clinical symptoms included 38 cases of fever,29 cases of cough,3 cases of fatigue,2 cases of sore throat,1 case of chest tightness,1 case of diarrhea,1 case of runny nose and 1 case of dizziness.There were 15 cases with positive CT and 27 cases with positive virus nucleic acid.TCM dialectic was mainly divided into 57 cases of deficiency of lung and spleen and 29 cases of deficiency of Qi and Yin.Lack of lung and spleen syndrome tongue quality light,thin and greasy,thin veins;Visible tongue quality purple dark,pulse acerb.Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome visible tongue red,thin and dry moss,vein fine number;Visible tongue quality purple dark,pulse acerb.Conclusion Most of the COVID-19 convalescent patients in Wuhan Jiangxia cabin hospital were young and middle-aged,with fever and cough as the main symptoms.
